I, Tricia Warren, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began August 31, 2017 and ended August 31, 2017.
Subscribed and sworn before me this the 31 st day of August, 2017.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY,
IDAHO, AMENDING CHAPTER 8,
CITY COUNCIL; MAYOR, OF TITLE
1, ADMINISTRATIVE, OF THE MC -
CALL CITY CODE AS FOLLOWS:
IN SECTION 1.8.5: SALARY OF THE
COUNCIL MEMBERS CHANGING
THE SALARY TO TWO HUNDRED
TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS (225.00);
IN SECTION 1.8.11: SALARY OF
MAYOR, CHANGING THE SALARY
TO THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY
FIVE DOLLARS (375.00) AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The principal provisions of the Or-
dinance:
❑ amend 1.8.5, Salary of
the Council Members, to increase the
monthly salaries of each member of
the council from $200.00 per month to
$225.00 per month
❑ amend 1.8.11, Salary of
Mayor, to increase the monthly salary
of the mayor from $350.00 per month
to $375.00 per month
The effective date of the Ordinance
is January 1, 2018. The full text of the
Ordinance is available for review at
City Hall and will be provided by the
City Clerk to any citizen upon personal
request, or can be viewed on the City
website at www.mccall.id.us.
