The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began September 28, 2017 and ended September 28, 2017.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 957, THE AN-
NUAL FY17 BUDGET, TO PROVIDE FOR ADDITIONAL MON-
IES RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF McCALL; TO APPROPRIATE
FUND BALANCES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL; PROVIDING
FOR A TITLE; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR
THE ADOPTION OF A BUDGET AND THE APPROPRIATION
OF EXPENDITURES OF SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY THE
NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF
McCALL. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECT AND PURPOS-
ES,AND IN THE CERTAIN AMOUNTS HEREIN SPECIFIED FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2016 AND END-
ING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2017; PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF
A SUFFICIENT TAX; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND THE FILING OF CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY
COUNTY, AND THE STATE OF IDAHO:
SECTION L TITLE: This Ordinance shall be entitled and cited as the
"Amended FY17 Annual Appropriation Ordinance of the City of Mc-
Call."
SECTION 2. FINDINGS: The City Council finds:
A. The City has duly noticed and held a public hearing on the 26 day
of September, 2017 for a proposed Amended Budget for Fiscal Year
2016-2017 (FY17) City of McCall, Idaho; and
B. That the total revenue anticipated to be available to the City of Mc-
Call during FY17 is correctly stated in the Amended Adopted Budget
which is herein set forth in Section No.3, and
C-That the appropriations and sums of money are hereinafter set forth
In Section 3 are deemed necessary to defray all the necessary expenses
and liabilities of the City of McCall for FY17.
SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF THE AMENDED BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATION OF EXPENDITURE: The City Council hereby
adapts as and for the amended budget and the appropriation of ex-
penditure for the City of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 2016, and ending September 30, 2017 to read as follows:

SECTION 4. TAX LEVY: That a general tax levy on all taxable prop-
erty within the City of McCall be levied in an amount allowed by law
r the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning
October 1,2016.
SECTION 5. All ordinances and pans of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SF.CTION 6. The City Clerk is directed to forthwith publish this Ordi-
nance and file a certified copy of the same with the office of the Sec -
Lary of State of the State of Idaho as provided In I.C. $50-1003 and
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage,

publication in one issue of The Star -News, a newspaper for general cir-
culation of the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City.
Passed under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote was taken
and duly enacted an Ordinance of the City of McCall, Valley County,
Idaho at a convened meeting of the City of McCall City Council held
in the 26 day of September, 2017.
