HomeMy Public PortalAbout2007-069 Resolution Granting Ext of Time to File Lot Line Rearrangement for Willow Hill PreserveMember Weir introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2007-69 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR WILLOW HILL PRESERVE AMENDING RESOLUTION 2007-45 WHEREAS, Bruce G. Paddock and Chris Mallet (the "Applicants") received approval from the city of Medina (the "City') on September 4, 2007, of a lot line rearrangement for property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, approval was valid for a period of sixty days from September 4, 2007; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested a 60-day extension in order to meet the terms and conditions of approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The lot line rearrangement and easements must be filed with the County Recorder by January 2, 2008 or approval shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved prior to the deadline by the City Council. 2.
