CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2007-69
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE LOT LINE
REARRANGEMENT FOR WILLOW HILL PRESERVE
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2007-45
WHEREAS, Bruce G. Paddock and Chris Mallet (the "Applicants") received approval
from the city of Medina (the "City') on September 4, 2007, of a lot line rearrangement for property
legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, approval was valid for a period of sixty
days from September 4, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested a 60-day extension in order to meet the terms and
conditions of approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The lot line rearrangement and easements must be filed with the County Recorder by
January 2, 2008 or approval shall be considered void, unless a written request for
time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved prior to the deadline by
the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2007-45 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Smith, Weir, Cavanaugh
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Johnson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

following described "Line A. Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 3; thence on an
assumed bearing of South 37 degrees 47 minutes 57 seconds East along the northerly segment of
the westerly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 274.22 feet to an angle point in said westerly line;
thence South 8 degrees 25 minutes 29 seconds East to the south line of said Lot 3, and said "Line
A" there terminating.

Lot 4, Block 1, WILLOW HILL PRESERVE, and that part of Lot 3, said Block 1, which lies
