CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2007-73
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF DEPUTY
CLERK LAURA SULANDER
WHEREAS, Laura Sulander is currently employed as the Deputy Clerk by the city of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, on November 19, 2007, Laura Sulander submitted a letter of resignation from
her position addressed to the Finance Director; and
WHEREAS, Laura Sulander's letter of resignation indicates her intent to resign from her
position effective December 7, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Laura Sulander's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Johnson, Weir, Crosby, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
