I, Tricia Warren, being duly sworn and say, I am the office manager of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of two weeks in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began January 24, 2019 and ended January 31, 2019.
Subscribed and sworn before me this the 31 st day of January, 2019.

REQUEST FOR DEVELOPMENT
PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the McCall Ur-
ban Renewal Agency, also known as the Mc-
Call Redevelopment Agency ("Agency"),
the duly created and acting urban renew-
al agency for McCall, Idaho, shall con-
sider a proposal for the disposition and
development of the following described
real property located within the boundar-
ies of the Urban Renewal Area and other
ancillary agreements.
The property to be sold is generally de-
scribed as follows:
Parcel No. RPM0172011007A (0.168
acres) - McCall's 1st Addition Lots 6 & 7,
Block 11
Parcel No. RPM0172011009A (0.168
acres) - McCall's 1st Addition Lots 8 & 9,
Block 11
(hereinafter, the "Project Site").
The Agency invites developers to con-
tact Michelle Groenevelt, AICP, the Agency
Administrator, at 208-634-5229, via email
at mgroenevelt@mccall.id.us, or via mail
at the McCall Redevelopment Agency, c/o
Michelle Groenevelt, AICP, Community
and Economic Development Director, City
of McCall, 216 E. Park Street, McCall, ID
83651, to receive a copy of the Agency's
Request for Proposals, which provides ad-
ditional details about the Project Site and the
Agency's selection process.
