1. CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Schneider called the special Council meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

PRESENT: Councilmembers: Drake, Florian, McCormack, Susman and Mayor Schneider
ALSO PRESENT: Stephen L. Wright, Town Manager (conference call); J. Dennis Crabb, Town
Attorney (conference call); Hardett Steiner, McDonough, Holland & Allen
(conference call); and Tony Lashbrook, Community Development Director

CLOSED SESSION to discuss litigation - Peoria Sunnyside LLC vs the Town of Truckee pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9.
No reportable actions were taken in Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT. Mayor Schneider adjourned the meeting at 9:10 a.m.
