ORDINANCE NO. / 41
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
19 (MOTOR VEHICLES & TRAFFIC), SECTION 127 (DRIVING WITHOUT A VALID
OPERATORS LICENSE), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19 (Motor Vehicles & Traffic), Section 127 (Driving without a
valid operators license), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby deleted,
and a new section is enacted in lieu thereof and is renumbered, as follows:

Section g. The City Code is hereby amended by adding one Section to Chapter 19
to read as follows:
