I, Tricia Warren, being duly sworn and say, I am the receptionist of
The Star -News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County of Val-
ley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the county
of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a copy of
which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said newspaper
once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire issue of every
number there of during the period of time of publication, and was published in
the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that publication of such
notice began November 30, 2017 and ended -November 30, 2017.

APPROPRIATION OF
EXPENDITURES OF SUMS

NECESSARY EXPENSES
AND LIABILMES OF
THE CITY OF McCALL. IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE
OBJECT AND PURPOSES,

NOW. THEREFORE, BE
IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL. VALLEY
COUNTY, AND THE STATE
OF IDAHO:
SECTION 1. TITLE: This
Ordinance shall be entitled
and cited as the "Amended
FY18 Annual Appropriation
Ordinance of the City of
McColl,"
SECTION 2. FINDINGS: The
City Council finds:
A. The City has duly noticed
and held a public heating on the
9 day of November, 2017 for a
proposed Amended Budget for
Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (FY18)
City of McCall. Idaho; and
B. That the total revenue
anticipated to be available
to the City of McCall during
FY18 is correctly stated in the
Amended Adopted Budget
which is herein set forth in
Section No. 3, and
C. That the appropriations and
sums of money are hereinafter
set forth in Section 3 are
deemed necessary to defray
all the necessary expenses and
liabilities of the City of McCall
for FY18.
SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF
THE AMENDED BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATION OF
EXPENDITURE: The City
Council hereby adopts as and
for the amended budget and the
appropriation ofexpenditure
for the City of McCall. Idaho,
for the fiscal year beginning
October I, 2017, and ending
September 30, 2018 to read as
follows:
SECTION 4. TAX LEVY:
That a general tax levy on all
taxable property. within the
City of McCall be levied in an
amount allowed by law for the
general purposes for said City,
for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 2017.
SECTION 5. All ordinances
and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk
is directed to forthwith publish
this Ordinance and file
certified copy of the same with
the office of the Secretary of
State of the State of Idaho as
provided in LC. §50.1003
and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force
upon its passage, approval and
publication in one issue of The
St. -News, a newspaper for
general circulation of the City
of McCall, end the official
newspaper of said City,
Passed under suspension of
rules upon which a roll call vote
was taken and duly enacted
an Ordinance of the City of
McCall, Valley County, Idaho
at a convened meeting of the
City of McCall City Council
held on the 9 day of November. Jackie Aymon, Mayor
