A regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf
Stream, Florida, was held on the 3rd day of January 1940 at
10.30 a.m.
Commissioners Wallace and Bauer were present.
The minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved.
An ordinance was read "Prohibiting the location or Construction
of Tourist Camps, Trailer Camps, Small Cottage Courts or Camps,
or Camas of like nature with the Town limits of the Town of Gulf
Stream
The Commissioners approved payment of the following bills:
J. B.Smith (jeweler) repairing time clock used by Policeman. $7.50
Gulf Stream Golf Club, Gasoline ' Oil " " it 12.92
A.T. Smock Road paint for signs on boulevard. 6.00
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
