A Regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town
of Gulf Stream was held on the 7th day February 1940 at 10.30 a.m.
Commissioners Wallace and Bauer were present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
An ordinace was read for the secontime"Prohibiting the
location of Tourist Camps, Trailer Camps, dm or
Camps, or Camps of Like nature within the Town limits of the Town
of Gulf Stream ". Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
Ordinance was adppted.
An ordinace was introduced and read for the first time,
restricting the erection or construction or moving of any building
or structure within the Town limits during the months of January, ed.
February or March of each and evert year,said ordinance being p
The Commissioners ap)roved the payment of the following
bills.
Firestone Service Station for sundry equipment for 12e13
Policemans, car for month of January.
" Gulf Stream Golf Club for Gasoline used by Policeman
during month of January. $34.65
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
