CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2007-80
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2007 TAX LEVY, COLLECTABLE IN 2008
Be it resolved, by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2008, upon the taxable
property in the City of Medina, for the following purposes: To raise $2,423,714 as adequate
revenue for the general operating budget.
Total levy $2,423,714
The City Administrator -Clerk, Chad M. Adams, is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of
this resolution to the county auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Smith, Weir, Johnson, Cavanaugh
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
