egular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream,
orida, was held bn this day.
e minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
.e Commissioners approved the payment of the following bills:
Gulf Steeam Golf Club - Gasoline & Oil for Police Car 32.90
.e Co nissioners, upon motion duly made and seconded and carried,
pr:,ved the engagement of C.Y.Byrd, attorney, to draw up and submit
form of Ordinance, to be known as a Building and Zoning Code. The
mmissioners also approved the engagement of C...Byrd, to prepare a
om of petition, to be submitted to the State �egislatur.e to amend
e Jharter of .,he Town of Gulf Stream, so that the Town'if necessary,
y issue Bonds up to but not exceeding $100,000.00 and that the Town
able to raise the tal miilage up to but not exceeding 55 mills.
.e Mayor to notify �.Y.Byrd, by letter as to the above.
