CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2008-13
RECOGNIZING IVAN DINGMANN FOR FIVE YEARS
OF FULL TIME SERVICE TO THE CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, Ivan Dingmann has been a valued full time City of Medina employee in the
Public Works Department of the City since March 31, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Ivan has demonstrated a strong work ethic, honesty, commitment, and a
positive attitude in providing various services to the residents of Medina; and
WHEREAS, Ivan has dutifully served the City in the Public Works Department through his
five years of full time service and prior to that through his long time of service working part-time
snowplowing; and
WHEREAS, Ivan was recently promoted to Public Works Foreman because he has shown
strong leadership skills and has taken initiative on every project through its completion; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina expresses sincere gratitude for Ivan's continued service to
the Medina community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina
acknowledges and thanks Ivan Dingmann for five years of service to the commity.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Smith and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Smith, Weir, Johnson, Cavanaugh
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
