AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2006-
2007 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECLASSIFYING A
POSITION WITHIN THE LAW AND MUNICIPAL COURT DEPARTMENTS AND ADDING
TO THE CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2006-2007 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby
amended by changing the personnel schedule by the reclassification of two part-time
without benefits positions and adding one part-time position into one full time position with
benefits as outlined in Section 2 of this ordinance.
Section 2. The position of Law Department Part-Time (w/o benefits) position,
budgeted amount $9,900) and the position of Municipal Court Part-Time (w/o benefits)
position budgeted amount$13,500) is hereby reclassified to Clerk, Pay Range 9($25,724-
• $38,586).
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
