The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana met in a special session September 29, 2011 in
the Council Chambers in said City.
ROLL CALL
Councilors present were Howard "Jack" Elstro, Kelley Cruse - Nicholson, Bruce Wissel, Clay Miller, Larry
Parker, Robert Goodwin, Diana Pappin and Phil Quinn. Absent was Bing Welch.
Also present were: Sue Roberson, Human Resources Director; Walt Chidester, City Attorney; Sarah
`Sally" Hutton; Tammy Glenn, City Controller, Jerry Purcell, Fire Department Battalion Chief; Misty Hollis;
Denise Bullock; Monica Bums; Chris Hardie; and Karen Chasteen, City Clerk.
ORDINANCES ON THIRD READING
ORDINANCE NO. 47 -2011 — AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE 2012
BUDGET
The Clerk read Ordinance No. 47 -2011 on third reading by title only.
Mr. Parker moved to adopt Ordinance No. 47 -2011, supported by Mr. Wissel. Ordinance No. 47 -2011
was adopted with a 7 -1 roll call vote. Dissenting was Mr. Miller.
CALL FOR ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed, the meeting was
adjourned.
