A GENERAL ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
RICHMOND TO RECEIVE A DONATION
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond, Indiana, has the option of accepting or rejecting
donations for a specific purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that a donation of 230 sheets of plywood received from Schrock Cabinet Co. for the Richmond Fire
Department is hereby accepted and gratefully acknowledged by the citizens of Richmond.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
