additional grading that may occur at time of building permit submittal;
5. Signed architectural plans shall be submitted at time of building permit submittal;
6. A minimum of one camper cabin shall meet the accessibility code;
7. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits before construction; and
8. The applicant shall pay to the City a fee in the amount sufficient to pay for all
costs associated with the review of the application to amend the conditional use
permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina, Minnesota that an amended CUP be granted for Resolution No. 2008
-40.

point on the westerly line of the northwest 1/4 of Section that lies 858 feet north of
the southwest corner of the northwest 1/4, thence easterly 223.08 feet, thence
northerly on a bearing of north 3 degrees 30 minutes a distance of 780.78 feet,
thence westerly along the shoreline of Lake Independence to the west line of the
northwest 1/4, thence south along the west line to the point of beginning, Hennepin
