Board of Assessors Open Meeting

Present: Tim Brady, Mary Ann Tagliaferri and Ken Hull,Assessor
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
The Board voted to go into Executive Session to discuss abatement and exemption applications per
Chapter 61 Section 59 of Mass General Law and to return to open session.
At 4:05 the Board voted to End of Executive Session and move to open session to continue meeting.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the minutes dated October 25, 2016. Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the commitment of Fiscal 2017 Real Estate Tax in the amount of$23,970,444.11.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the commitment of Fiscal 2017 Community Preservation Act Tax in the amount of
$719,113.71. Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the commitment of Fiscal 2017 Personal Property Tax in the amount of$307,474.92.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the report for payments in lieu of taxes for fiscal 2017 in the amount of$4,436.11.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the abatement of 36 fiscal 2016 motor vehicles in the amount of $1,123.25.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the abatement of 29 fiscal 2017 Vessel Excises in the amount of$125.00.Unanimous
2-0-0.
The Board approved the recommitment of 1 fiscal 2001 Motor Vehicle in the amount of $17.50.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
The Board approved the recommitment 1 fiscal 2004 Motor Vehicle in the amount of $87.50.
Unanimous 2-0-0.
