Planning Commission
April 21, 1999
CALL TO ORDER: 6:07 p.m. PLACE: CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER
ROLL CALL: Commissioners DeForge, Dressel, Davis, and Frisch were all present.
Item for Discussion:
1. Noble Creek Specific Plan
Jon Petke gave a brief description on the status of the project.
Open Discussion.
Concerns from Cherry Valley residents on the following issues:
Storm drains
Water availability to properties.
Traffic increasing on Beaumont Avenue northbound into Cherry Valley.
Trees along Beaumont Avenue need to stay in place.
Location of the Sports Park.
Size of Lots above Brookside Avenue.
NO ACTION TAKEN
