Call to Order: 6:02 p.m. Place: Council Chambers
Roll Call: Commissioner Dressel, Davis, Frisch, Greenwood, and Brey were all
present.

1. Approval of the Minutes of September 7, 1999.
Motion by Commissioner Frisch, Seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve the
minutes as presented. 5/0
2. Director's Report
a. Update of Three Rings Ranch and Layout Plan distributed.
3. Public Hearings:
a. Tentative Parcel Map No. 29404 and Negative Declaration No. 99 -ND -8,
Southeast Corner of 10' Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Applicant: Neal
Baker
Staff Report given by Ernest Egger, Director of Planning, a copy of which is on file in the
City Clerks Office
Open Public Hearing 6:10 p.m.
Patty Moore — Applicant Representative
Close Public Hearing 6:20 p.m.
Motion by Commissioner Brey, Seconded by Commissioner Frisch to recommend to the
City Council Approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 29404 and Negative Declaration 99-
ND-8 as presented. 5/0
