Planning Commission Meeting
December 7, 1999
Call to Order: 6:01 p.m. Place: Council Chambers
Roll Call: Chairman Dressel, Commissioner Davis, Frisch, Pensak, and Brey were all
present.
Swearing in of newly appointed Planning Commissioner, David Pensak by Mayor Jan
Leja.

Oral and Written Communications: None
1. Approval of the Minutes of October 19, 1999.
Motion by Planning Commissioner Frisch, Seconded by Commissioner Brey to approve
the minutes as presented. 5/0
2. Director's Report
a. Assessment District
b. Three Rings Ranch
C. Oak Valley Estates — Tentative Maps
d. New Chinese Restaurant application expected.
3. Public Hearings:
a. Tentative Parcel Map No. 29008, Commercial Subdivision at Oak Valley
Golf Club, and Negative Declaration No. 99 -ND -9. Applicant: Noble Creek
Village, LLC.
Recommendation: Staff Recommends that the Planning Commission
recommend to the City Council adoption of Negative Declaration No. 99 -ND -9
and approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 29008, subject to the proposed
conditions of approval.
Ernie Egger, Planning Director, presented the staff report, a copy of which is on
file in the City Clerks Office.
