RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Mayor of Moab City, K. E. McDougald, has heretofore executed
a Purchase Contract with Redd's Motor of Monticello, Utah, providing for the purchase of
CI 1939 Cfevrolet Dump Truck for Moab City, and whereas, the said K. E. MoDaugafd,
Mayor, was heretofore authorised to mike said purchase,
NOW THEREFORE, on nation duly made, seconded and carried, It was resolved:
that the execution of a purchase aientrest, for and en behalf of Moab City, by the Mayor,
K. E. MaDoujald, providing far the purchase of a 1951 Chevrolet Dump Truck, Series
6,000, from Redd% Miter at Motieelle, that, for a net purchase prioe of Thirty Seven
Hundred Seventy Five Diallers ($3,775.00), after allowance for a treats -In vehicle, and
provWing further for a Jean payment of Seventeen Hundred Seventy Five Diallers (Sian .
end a Noe balnnee of Twenty One Planar«, Twenty Dollop ($2,120,00), including princi-
pal end interest, plyable on er before February 1. Ni0, is hereby ratified, adopted and
approved, as the official act and deed of Moab City.
