A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 329 SOUTH 4th STREET
WHEREAS, the zoning map designates the real estate at 327 South 4th Street as R-3 One –to-Eight Family District – Special Use, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the Special Use designation to include an art gallery;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the Special Use designation of the real estate at 327 South 4th Street, is hereby amended
to include an art gallery.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of February, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
