PC81 -3 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Beaumont did consider a verified application for a Conditional Use Permit for Bessie S. Newlin; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did give public notice, see attached Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing on March 12, 1981 in the Beaumont City Council Chambers; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby approve the request for Conditional Use Permit by Bessie Newlin subject to the following conditions: 1. Upon effective date of this permit all prior permits and conditions shall be declared null and void; and no vested rights shall be expressed or implied concerning the use authorized by said permit. 2. Approval of the operation shall be developed strictly in accordance with the approved site plans; see Exhibit "B ". Any deviation from this adopted plan shall be cause for future revoca- tion of tfi-is permit. 3. The off- street parking lot shall comply to Article 804.5 through 804.8 and 804.10. 4. Two (2) parking stalls shall be located on the south Sid of the facility. They shall be designed as to preclude any vehicle from having to back onto'a. public thoroughfare. Refer to Article 803.3. 20 5. Applicant shall maintain one (1) five pound ABC type fir, extinguisher on premises in working order at all times. 21 6. The applicant, shall embark upon a program to eradicate 22 the weeds in and around the business. 23 r/'7. Bumper guards shall be installed of the approved design. Bumper guards shall be installed at the rear of the building for 24 the protection of the water meter, water line and gas meter that is exposed in the drive area. 25 ). a• No on -site parking shall be allowed in front of the 26 business during working hours. 27 9. The service and refuse areas shall comply to Article 402.11. 28 ,✓i0. The applicant shall remove all surplus equipment from 29 outside the building and maintain the area in a good state of repair. 30 Z_-1J_J. The business license shall be prominently displayed 31 during all business hours. 32 ,./ 12. The applicant shall upgrade the parking area in accord- ance with Article 804.4. - 1 - 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 13. In the event the applicant, or its successor in interest,I shall violate any of these conditions, they shall be informed in ,writing at: 105 West Sixth Street, Beaumont, CA., 92223; 9111 Rancho, Cherry Valley, CA., 92223; or 32251 Stagecoach, Neuvo, CA., 92367. Written letter of violation shall be sent by the City of Beaumont. Violations shall be corrected within fourteen (14) days. If the applicant does not correct the violations, this Conditional Use Permit shall be revoked in accordance with Article 10, Section 1009.1 and 2. 14. 'Applicant has sixty (60) days to comply with the above conditions, except for conditions which specify a thirty (30) day compliance date. 15. The Conditional Use Permit shall be subject to annual review. I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Beaumont, County of Riverside, State of California, at a Special Meeting of said Planning Commission held on the 24th day of March, 1981, by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Livingston, Barker, Medina, Remy, Seaburg, Chairperson Thompson.
