RESOLUTION NO. PC81 -4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
PLANNING COMMISSION ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM
FOR ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS IN THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont lacks a viable General Plan;
d
WHEREAS, the City does not have adequate administrative
licy and procedure guidelines for processing applications; and
WHEREAS, the official zoning map has not been updated since
974;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a moratorium for
ccepting new applications in the Planning Department is declared
or a period of forty -five (45) days from dateof approval by the
Tanning Commission.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1981 by
he following vote:
AYES: Commissioners Livingston, Remy, Seaburg and
Chairperson Thompson.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioners Medina and Barker.
ABSTAIN: None.
