City Treasurer of Moab City, Grand County, State of Utah, do hereby
certify that I received, from the purchasers, their agents or assigns, the
purchase price of $200,000 Moab City General Obligation Viaterworks Bonds,
Series of January', 1959, dated January 1. 1959, in the denomination of
$1,000 each. numbered from one (1) to two hundred (200), both inclusive,
maturing serially Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) on January 1 of each of
the years 1962 through 1966. Loth inclusive. Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000)
on January 1 in each of the years 1967 to 1971, both inclusive. Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000) on January 1 in each of the years 1972 to 1976, both inclusive,
and Twenty -,Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) on January 1, 1977; all bond■
bear interest at the rate of four per cent (4%) per annum from date until
paid, interest payable semi-annually on the first days of July and January in
each year. commencing July 1, 1959.
The date of delivery was , 1959.
All unmatured coupons were attached to the bonds at the time
of delivery thereat.

Reardon. City Recorder and ex-efficio City Auditor of Moab City, Utah.
