A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1900 CHESTER BOULEVARD, RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, the zoning map designates AND DESCRIBES THE PROPERTY AT 1900 Chester Boulevard as R-3/SU One to Eight Family Residence District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the Special Use District classification to revise the site plan for an addition to a professional office and ambulatory surgery center;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the Special Use District classification of the property described below, and the site plan
for same is hereby amended for an addition to a professional office and ambulatory surgery center.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 1 West: Beginning at a point on the section line 26 rods south of the northeast corner of said quarter section;
running thence west 15 rods 6 feet; south 10-2/3 rods; east 15 rods 6 feet; north 10-2/3 rods to the place of beginning, containing 1.20 acres more or less.
Also, a part of the northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 14 north, Range 1 west, beginning on the east line of said section 264 feet south of the northeast corner thereof; thence
west parallel to the north line of said section 15 rods and 6 feet; thence south 165 feet on a line parallel with the east section line; thence east to the east line of said section
parallel with the north line thereof; thence north along the east section line to the place of beginning.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
