Call to Order : G Howard Hayes opened meeting at 5 : 30pm
Review and approval of November 27 , 2017 regular meeting minutes . G Howard Hayes moves
to approve , Belinda Eyestone 2°d . Mr . Hayes - Yes , Ms . Eyestone-Yes
Report of the Deputy Assessor Jim Gallagher :
Pressing matters of Chapter 61 ; applications and data need review.
Chapter 61 applications are deemed approved, Chapter 6 1 B applications as deemed
denied
Boat excise bills are in progress and should be mailed by end of month .
Next meeting date : to be decided after the holidays .
Executive Session (to comply with or act under the authority of, any general or special law or
federal grant-in aid requirements : MGL Chapter 59 § 60 and MGL Chapter 214 § 1B)
Belinda Eyestone made motion to go into Executive session at 5a38pm with no return to regular
