PETITION TO VACATE OR ALTER SUBDIVISION PLAT
Come now the below signed petitioners being all of the
land owners of, and all land owners of property contiguous or
adjacent to any street or alley of, the subdivision known as
Mountain View Subdivision Plat (A-1) in the City of Moab, County
of Grand, State of Utah, the plat of which was recorded in the
books of the Grand County, Utah, Recorder at Plat Book 2 Page 38
Entry No. 318067, on October 4, 1967.
The petitioners hereby request of the Moab City Council
that said subdivision be vacated or altered as follows
Petitioner requests that Mountain View
Subdivision Plat (A-1) now consisting of six
lots and a cul-de-sac named Aztec Circle be
vacated in its entirety by order of the City
Council pursuant to Section 57-5-6 et seq. of the
Utah Code Annotated.
The reasons for this petition are as follows:
Petitioner no longer desires to construct a
residential neighborhood in the said subdivision
but instead desires and intends to have
constructed on said a rest home for the elderly.
