RESOLUTION NO.2008-84
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2009 FINAL BUDGET
Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be approved for the 2009 budget:
Revenues Expenditures
General Fund $ 3,982,429 $ 3,982,429
Special Revenue Funds $ 591,400 $ 1,149,000
Capital Project Funds $ 9,136,023 $ 9,806,672
Debt Service Funds $ 513,875 $ 621,961
Water Fund $ 1,407,275 $ 1,713,415
Sanitary Sewer Fund $ 527,800 $ 566,955
Storm Water Fund $ 169,475 $ 169,475
Be it also resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that
the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) be approved for 2009:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Johnson, Crosby, Cavanaugh
and the following voted against same:
Smith
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
