Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:15p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded
by Councilmember Fish.

City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session and received a
briefing from the City Attorney. There is no other reportable action.
