The CITY OF MOAB, a body corporate and politic- of the
State of Utah, Grantor, for the sum of ten dollars ($10.00),
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto
DELBERT O OLDER and GLENNA D OLIVER, Husband and Wife, an
easement located in Grand County, Utah for purposes of ingress
and egress, it being understood that the City may erect a gate or
gate■ over said easement. Said easement is 20 feet wide and is
ten (10.0) feet on each side of the following described
centerline, to wit,
Beginning at a point which bears South 575.3 ft
and West 516.0 ft. from the Northeast Corner,
.action 35, T25S, R21E, S.L.B.GM. and proceeding
_nence S79'43'W 18.9 ft., thence 1486.36'W 53.2 ft.,
thence 533.56'W 46.6 ft. to the termiral point on
the Southerly boundary of the city pumphouse
tract which bears South 614.2 ft, and West 613.6
ft. from said N.E. Corner, Section 35.
In witness whereof, the Grantor has caused its name and
seal to be hereto affixed by its duly authorized officers this
