Resolution for Oiling Streets
Be it resolved by the council of the
Town of Wellsburg, Iowa;
That —
Adams Street from Frst street to ,
Fourth street; Washington street from
Third to Fourth street; Madison street
from Second street to Fourth street;
Jefferson street from First street to
Fourth street; Monroe street from Sec-
ond to Third street; Jefferson street
in College Hill Park from Fourth
street to Wilson Ave; Adams street
College Hill Park from Fourth street
to McAdoo Avenue; Second street
from Monroe St., to Washington street;
Third street from Monroe street to
Washington street; Fourth street from
Monroe street to Lincoln Avenue; Jack-
son street from Fourth street to Sixth
street, be, and the same dre hereby
ordered oiled and the entire cost
thereof, except the cost of intersections,
shall be assessed to the property abut-
ting on such street in proportion to
the benefit conferred thereby.
