CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2009-05
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF PLANNING
DIRECTOR TIM BENETTI
WHEREAS, Tim Benetti is currently employed as the Planning Director by the city of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2009, Tim Benetti submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Tim Benetti's letter of resignation indicates his intent to resign from his
position effective January 20, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Tim Benetti's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith, Weir, Crosby, Siitari
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Johnson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
