A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
ESTABLISHING REGULAR 2011 MEETING DATES
WHEREAS, the Authority is a public agency duly organized and existing
pursuant to a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (the "JPA Agreement"), dated March
16, 1993, by and between the City of Lynwood (the "City") and the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency"); and
WHEREAS, the Authority is governed by a board of directors comprised of the
five member City Council of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to set the regular 2011 meeting dates for the
Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Authority hereby establishes February 1, 2011, and February
15, 2011, as the regular meeting dates of the Authority for 2011, to be held in
conjunction with regular meetings of the City Council of the City, beginning at 5:00 p.m.,
in the Lynwood City Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. Such
establishment of regular meeting dates shall not preclude the calling of special meetings
of the Authority, when necessary, pursuant to Resolution No. 2007.004, adopted on
November 6, 2007, or adopting additional regular meeting dates pursuant to applicable
law at a later date.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.
Section 3. The Secretary shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18 day of January, 2011.
