ORDER VACATING MOUNTAIN VIEW SUBDIVISION PLAT (A-1)
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council has received and
considered the Petition to Vacate or Alter Subdivision Plat of
John E. McDonald; and
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council finds that said petition
is in proper order and that neither the public nor any person
will be materially injured by the City granting the relief
requested in said petition;
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby Ordered that pursuant to
Section 57-5-6 et. seq. of the Utah Code Annotated 1953, as
amended, the following plat shall be, and hereby is, vacated in
its entirety; to wit; Mountain View Subdivision Plat (A-1)
consisting of six lots and a cul-de-sac named Aztec Circle, except
that portion known and described as Aspen Avenue.
A copy of said Plat (A-1) shall be annexed to this Order
for future reference but need not be recorded unless required by
the Grand County Recorder.
Approved by a majority of the Moab City Council this
