Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:18p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember-Chavez, Fish, Yu, Man, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember-None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo
Mayor Pro Tem Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded by
Councilmember Fish.
Councilmember Yu arrived to the meeting at 6:52 p.m.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:18p.m. and reconvened at 7:30
p.m. with all members present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
City Attorney Performance Evaluation and Burke, William, and Sorensen LLP
will continue to provide City Attorney services to the City. There is no other
reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:30p.m.
