A. Description:
Pioneer Construction Inc. is please to submit a proposal for
professional abatement and demolition services at 142 Lewis Street
Tybee Island, GA. All work shall be conducted with compliance to
EPD State and Federal regulations. Contractor shall remove asbestos
containing material according to the survey report from Savage
Consultants, LLC. This price includes all labor, materials, equipment
and disposal fees for demolition of vertical and foundation
components of the existing structure.
