and GLENNA D. OLIVER, Husband and Wife, Grantee, the following
described land located in Grand County, State of Utah, to wit:
Beginning at a point which bears South 504.2 ft.
and West 499.0 ft. from the Northeast Corner,
Section 35, T25S, R21E, S.L.B.6M. and proceeding
thencc S62.09'E 109.7 ft., thence S27.51'W 80.0
ft., thence N62.09'W 109.7 ft., thence N27.51'E
80.0 ft. to the point of beginning.
