necessary from a managerial prospective to appoinl and individual to serve in tile
capacity oi' Director of Parks and Recreation: and
V,/IIEREAS, the Borough is in need of an individual to serve as thc Borough's
Roe>cling Coordinator; and
~NHEREAS, the Borouglfs needs for a Director of Parks and Recreation and Recycling
