CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2009-30
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT COMBINATION FOR HOLY NAME OF
JESUS CHURCH FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF
COUNTY ROAD 24 AND HOLY NAME DRIVE
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "City") is a municipal corporation, organized and
existing under the laws of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Holy Name of Jesus Church (the "Applicant") is the owner of two parcels
legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Properties"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested approval to combine the Properties into a single
parcel, as legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the lot
combination of the Properties, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicant shall meet the requirements of the City Attorney in regards to title
documentation, as contained in the opinion dated May 6, 2009;
2. The Applicant shall execute drainage and utility easements over wetlands and adjacent to
property lines as recommended by the City Engineer; and
3. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in the amount sufficient to pay for all costs
associated with the review of the lot combination.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Northeast Quarter.
