SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 19, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:16 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

ALSO PRESENT:
Councilmember—Chavez, Fish, Yu, Man, Sternquist
Councilmember — None
City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo
Mayor Pro Tem Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded by
Councilmember Fish.
Councilmember Yu arrived to the meeting at 6:25 p.m.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:16 p.m. and reconvened at 7:28
p.m. with all members present.
Mayor Sternquist reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
City Manager Performance Evaluation. There is no other reportable action.
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
