1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:24 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember — Chavez, Fish (teleconferenced from 2090
Verbena Drive, Meridian, Idaho), Yu, Man, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Yu arrived to the Closed Session at 6:32 p.m.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Anticipated Litigation
Potential Cases: One (1)
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
Representatives: City Attorney
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:24 p.m. and reconvened at 7:32
p.m. with all members present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
one item of Anticipated Litigation and received a briefing from the City Attorney.
There is no reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
