HomeMy Public PortalAbout09.5) General Plan - Attachment H - GPAC and PC Proposed Changes to the Draft GPTEMPLE CITY MID-CENTURY GENERAL PLAN PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN REVISIONS The Temple City Mid-Century General Plan Land Use Diagram (Figure 2-1) will be revised as follows: 1. Up “Zoned” Low Density Residential: Revise the designations for the tiered lots, flag lots, and cul-de-sacs that had been re-designated for Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential (LDR). The west side of Myda Avenue will not be designated Mixed Use Specific Plan, but Low Density Residential. 2. Mixed-Use on Temple City Boulevard: Revise the designations for properties on Temple City Boulevard north of Woodruff and south of Workman from Mixed-Use (MU) to High Density Residential (HDR). The revised Land Use Diagram is presented on the following page.
