Call to Order : Belinda Eyestone opened meeting at 5 : 37pm, Diane Salomone 2nd the motion.
Roll Call ; Belinda Eyestone- yes, Diane Salomon-yes & G. Howard Hayes-yes .
Review and Approve Regular Session minutes of January 9 , 2018 . Belinda Eyestone reviews
and motions for approval of January 91h Regular Session minutes . G. Howard Hayes 2nds
motion. All agree to accept regular minutes from January 9, 2018 .
Report of Deputy Assessor :
Jim Gallagher reports that all real estate abatements that were received have been reviewed
except the NHP nursing facility. The paperwork was just received in the office . They requested
an extension.
There are two people interested in possibly filing with the Appellate Tax Board .
Topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate : none
Ms . Eyestone moved to adjourn the open meeting at 5 : 44pm and open Executive meeting .
Executive Meeting will be adjourned at the completion of Executive session. Ms . Salomone 2nd
