Call to Order : Belinda Eyestone opened meeting at 5 : 42pm
Deputy Assessor Jim Gallagher acknowledges in the audience is Mr . Briggs and his neighbors
from Dillingham and Thomegan Roads . Mr . Briggs and his neighbors are here tonight for a
discussion with the Board on the appraisal/evaluation process and the affects it has had on their
property valuations . Jim also explains to Mr . Briggs that his abatement application would only be
discussed in Executive session and it would be up to him to include all, some or none of the
people in the audience from Dillingham/Thomegan neighborhood . Mr . Briggs invites his
neighbors to be included in the presentation he has for the BOA regarding his abatement
application .
Executive Session (to comply with or act under the authority of, any general or special law or
federal grant-in aid requirements : MGL Chapter 59 § 60 and MGL Chapter 214 § 1B)
Belinda Eyestone made motion to go into Executive session at 5 : 47pm with intent to return to

Report of the Deputy Assessor : Mr . Gallagher informs the Board that the office is busy, boat
bills have been issued for FY18 and we have started to receive the 3ABC Exempt forms . He
continues to work on Abatements and Exemptions .
Topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate : none
