CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2009-48
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF COMMUNITY
SERVICE OFFICER JOSH MCK NLEY
WHEREAS, Josh McKinley is currently employed as a Community Service Officer by the
city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on July 29, 2009, Josh McKinley submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the Police Chief; and
WHEREAS, Josh McKinley's letter of resignation indicates his intent to resign from his
position effective August 12, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Josh McKinley's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith, Weir, Crosby, Johnson, Siitari
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
