SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 7, 2017
Councilmember Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:21 p.m. in
the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember — Chavez, Fish, Yu,
ABSENT: Councilmember— Man,Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Mayor Pro Tem Man and Mayor
Sternquist. Seconded by Councilmember Yu.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Anticipated Litigation
Potential Cases: One (1)
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
Representatives: City Attorney
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:22 p.m. and reconvened at 6:40
p.m. with all members present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
one item of Anticipated Litigation and gave direction to the City Attorney. There
is no reportable action.
