PROCEDURE TO ADDRESS CITY COUNCIL: If you wish to address the City Council,

to the City Clerk. There will be a maximum 30-minute period for comments on any
subject with a 3-minute time limit on each speaker, unless waived by Council. You have
the opportunity to address the City Council at the following times:

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The City Council is requested to review and approve:
1. Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of December 8, 2017; and
2. Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of December 19, 2017.
Recommendation: Approve.
B. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS
The City Council is requested to receive and file Actions of the Regular
Transportation and Public Safety Commission Meeting of December 13, 2017.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
C. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO. 74269, AN
EIGHT-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AT 4839 AND 4849 GLICKMAN
AVENUE
Approval of the final map will allow the property owner to record and finalize the
subdivision.
Recommendation:
1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 74269;
and
2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 74269.
D. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 18-5306 APPROVING PAYMENT OF
BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-18
The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 18-5306 authorizing the
payment of bills.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 18-5306.
