FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO. 74269, AN EIGHT-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AT 4839 AND 4849 GLICKMAN AVENUE Approval of the final map will allow the property owner to record and finalize the subdivision. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 74269; and 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 74269. D. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 18-5306 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 18-5306 authorizing the payment of bills.
