Mayor Sternquist and City Councilmembers re cogn ized Los Angeles County
Sheriff Patrol Reserve Dep uty Edward Chen for be ing selected as Reserve
Deputy of the Year and for his contribution to the City and surrounding
communities .

The City Council is requested to rece iv e and file Actions of the Regular
Transportation and Public Safety Commission Meeting of December 13 , 2017 .

C. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO . 74269 , AN
EIGHT-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AT 4839 AND 4849 GLICKMAN
AVENUE
Approval of the final map w ill allow the property owner to record and finalize the
subdivision .
Action :
1. Reviewed and approved the final subdivision map for Tract Map No . 7 4269;
and
2 . Authorized the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 74269 .
